Local Candidature (Andhra Pradesh)
A candidate is treated as local to Andhra Pradesh if they studied at least 4 academic years from 4th to 10th class in AP schools.
Candidates who studied 4th–10th in Telangana and migrated to AP after bifurcation must submit a revenue authority certificate as per G.O.Ms. No. 132 & 133, GA (SPF&MC) Department, dated 13 June 2016.
Non-local candidates holding AP Medical Council registration may be considered only if local candidates are not available for a particular specialty post.
